Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to operate the platform: your email, name, optional phone and country, and the activity required for referral and commission tracking.

Data we collect

• Personal info — name, email, optional phone number, country.
• Account identifiers — Vantage MT5 account number you submit (used only to verify your PAMM deposits and attribute trades).
• Financial info — deposit amounts, order references, withdrawal requests, performance fee history. We do not store card numbers, bank details, or Vantage credentials.
• Activation transaction hash — only if you choose the optional 50 USDT BEP20 activation, we store the on-chain transaction hash and wallet sender address you provide.
• App activity — pages viewed, referral tree position, in-app actions and timestamps.
• Device/diagnostic info — IP, browser/OS, crash logs (used for security and debugging only).

How we use it

To operate your account, verify PAMM deposits, calculate referral commissions and performance fees, send transactional notifications, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Activation is optional

The 50 USDT BEP20 activation is not compulsory. You can register, browse the platform, and connect your Vantage MT5 PAMM account without paying anything. Activation only unlocks the 3-tier referral commission earnings (8% / 6% / 4%). Trading on Vantage Markets itself never requires any payment to Qnity Quest.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect or store your Vantage Markets login credentials, broker passwords, or private wallet keys. Your Vantage account is managed entirely by Vantage Markets under their own terms and privacy policy.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with: (a) our cloud infrastructure provider for hosting and storage, (b) Vantage Markets when you explicitly link your MT5 account, and (c) law enforcement when legally required.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Authentication uses industry-standard JWT with row-level security on every database query. Performance fee and commission calculations are server-side and tamper-proof.

Data retention & deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request a full data export or permanent account deletion at any time by emailing support@qnityquest.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Some financial records may be retained longer where required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. Contact support to exercise any right.

Children

Qnity Quest is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
