By accessing or using Qnity Quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Qnity Quest is a tracking and analytics platform that integrates with the Vantage Markets PAMM. All trading capital is held by Vantage Markets, a regulated third-party broker.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to participate in financial markets.

2. Activation Fee

A one-time activation fee of 50 USDT (BEP20) is required to unlock the platform. This fee covers platform access only and does not constitute an investment.

3. No Investment Advice

Qnity Quest does not provide personalized investment advice. All decisions are your own responsibility.

4. Referral Commissions

Referral earnings are tracking calculations based on PAMM settlements. Payouts are subject to verification and admin approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

Qnity Quest is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for trading losses, broker downtime, or third-party failures.
